Japan PR Readiness Tracker is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
None. The app has no account or login, no backend server, and no analytics or tracking. Your profile — residence history, tax, pension and insurance records, documents, notes and any other details you enter — is stored only on your device using on-device storage.
Any photos or PDFs you add to the document vault are copied into the app’s local storage on your device. They are never uploaded. Deleting a document, choosing “Delete all local data,” or deleting the app removes those files.
Your information is never transmitted to us or to any third party. The app works fully offline for all of its features. If you choose to export a Preparation Summary (PDF or text), that file leaves your device only through the share sheet you select, to the destination you choose.
Pro features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions, and an optional one-time export unlock, processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
You can delete all of your data at any time from Settings → “Delete all local data,” or by deleting the app. Because nothing is stored off-device, deletion is complete and immediate.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
