By using Japan PR Readiness Tracker (the “App”), you agree to these terms.
The App provides educational estimates, checklists, and organization tools only. It is not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice; it cannot determine whether you qualify for Permanent Residence; and it does not guarantee any outcome. Permanent Residence requirements and their interpretation change over time and depend on your individual circumstances. Confirm important decisions with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, your municipality, employer, pension office, tax office, or a qualified immigration professional (immigration lawyer / 行政書士) before acting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App’s estimates, checklists, or content.
Some features require an auto-renewable subscription (“Pro”), and an optional one-time purchase, sold through the App Store:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
These terms may be updated; the current version is posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the courts of Tokyo having exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
